CEL Silanted Slides 25 per box clear ends

CEL's Vantage Amine Slides are similar to our Silylated Slides in being a high quality, nuclease free slide that may be used for binding tissues and cells while performing in situ hybridization and immunocytochemistry techniques. Vantage Amine Slides will bind proteins to carboxylic acid residues through amine reactive groups on the surface of the slide. While the binding of proteins by amine slides in not as avid or reactive as with aldehyde, Vantage Amine slides perform better than poly-L-lysine or gelatin coated slides in retaining tissue samples. These slides are more economical than using vantage aldehyde Slides if less harsh conditions are warranted. Vantage Amine Slides are packaged in a 25 place micro slide box.
