Humidity Fitting for SpotBot® Microarrayers

Humidity fitting for all SpotBot® and SpotBot® Protein Edition Personal Microarrayers. The fitting measures 2 3/16" in length and contains a 1/4" hose barb on either end. The fitting inserts into the humidity opening in the "blue box" and is held in place using a threaded retainer nut. Humidification is sealed with a rubber bushing that fits snugly against the inside of the instrument box. When installing the humidity fitting, tighten the retainer nut hand tight plus 1/8 turn. Do NOT over-tighten as this will strip the fitting threads. The humidity fitting connects to the silicon tubing of the humidification apparatus and de-humidification apparatus.
