This kit is optimized to use with 1-2 mg of mRNA as starting material. The process includes the following steps: (1) cDNA Synthesis from mRNA (2) Hydrolysis of RNA (3) Purification of Amino allyl labeled cDNA (4) Dye binding with Amino allyl labeled cDNA (5) Purification of dye labeled cDNA.
