Escherichia coli K12 Oligonucleotide 40K Chip Microarrays

Arrayit offers Escherichia coli K12 Whole Genome Microarrays containing long-mer oligonucleotides representing >99% of the 4,331 genes present in the E. coli genome. E. coli microarrays contain 12,185 oligonucleotides, which allow a survey of 4,294 or 99.1% of the genes present in the E. coli genome. Each of the 12,185 oligonucleotides are present in triplicate on the 40K format. Arrayit 40K E. coli chips utilize the standard 25 x 76 mm glass substrate slide format, which is fully supported by Arrayit's entire line of microarray scanners, hybridization stations, tools, kits and reagents.
