Proteus mirabilis Oligonucleotide 40K Chip Microarrays

Arrayit offers Proteus mirabilis Whole Genome Microarrays containing long-mer oligonucleotides representing >98.6% of the 3,740 genes present in the Proteus mirabilis genome. Proteus mirabilis microarrays contain 10,413 oligonucleotides, which allow a survey of 3,686 or 98.6% of the genes present in the Proteus mirabilis genome. Each of the 10,413 oligonucleotides are present in triplicate on the 40K format.
