Arrayit USDA Food Safety Test Hybridization Buffer (50 ml of 2X) containing organic solvents, salts, detergents, accelerants, and buffering components that improve the quality of microarray hybridization reactions by increasing signals and reducing background in automated food safety testing microarray applications. Arrayit USDA1 buffer should be used as a set with USDA2-8 for best results with the USDA Food Safety Test. Mix 1:1 with fluorescent labeled probe solutions, 50 ml of 2X solution arrives pre-mixed, 0.2 µm filtered and ready to use. Store at 20-25°C.
