Arrayit USDA Food Safety Test Detection Rinse Buffer (1000 ml of 1X) contains salts and buffering components to improve the quality of microarray staining rinse steps by removing unbound labeled staining molecules to increase signals and reducing background in automated food safety testing microarray applications. Arrayit USDA7 buffer should be used as a set with USDA1-8 for best results with the USDA Food Safety Test. Use as a 1X solution. The 1000 ml of 1X solution arrives pre-mixed, 0.2 µm filtered and ready to use. Store at 20-25°C.
