Arrayit USDA Food Safety Test 650 nm Detection Reagent (100 µl of 10,000X) contains fluorescent secondary staining molecules to improve the quality of microarray staining steps by increasing signals and reducing background in automated food safety testing microarray applications. Arrayit USDA8 buffer should be used as a set with USDA1-8 for best results with the USDA Food Safety Test. Dilute the 10,000X stock to 1X and use as a 1X solution. The 100 µl 10,000X stock solution arrives pre-mixed and ready to use. Store at 4°C or -20°C- or -80°C for extended storage.
